Produce of limestone scree soils, this wine is a blend of mainly Grenache Blanc enhanced with Clairette, Roussanne and a touch of Viognier. This is a Lirac with very complex aromas and lovely mineral freshness. The remarkable balance is a classic trait of our terroir.

Ageing

6 months in inox and concrete vats.

Vinification

The grapes are hand harvested in several stages as they reach perfect maturity. After destemming they are lightly pressed in our pneumatic presses over long extraction cycles. The juice is then fermented in temperature-controlled vats for 15 days at 16°C.

Tasting notes

Eye: Pale yellow colour with shiny green hints.

Nose: Delicate and complex with aromas of fruit (peaches), white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle) and some exotic notes.

Mouth: A delicate and smooth attack with floral and fruit notes. A lovely minerality and a remarkable fresh finish bring the perfect balance overall.

Serving temperature

10 - 12°C.

Food pairing

Caesar salad, scallop carpaccio, chicken with morels, goat’s cheese, monkfish stew.

Ageing potential

Drink now or lay down for 3-5 years.
