Wine-making

A wine born from the passion for wine, alive in the hearts of the men of Aqueria. The Lirac Heritage is a soil, a grape variety, a know-how... It is for this reason that this cuvee is offered only for great vintages, when the predominating Mourvedre grape is able to fully express its subtle which intensifies with time.
The grapes are sorted, then completely destemmed and slightly crushed. A long maceration at regulated temperatures is then necessary to obtain all of the complexity offered by Aqueria Lirac Heritage wine. It will draw its strength during the ageing period adapted to each vintage. For this 2007 vintage, the syrah and Grenache aged in oak barrels for 2 to 3 wines, whereas the Mourvedre remained in 40 litre barrels for 18 months. |
