Wine-making The grapes are destemmed and slightly crushed then put into a vat for a maceration lasting about 20 days during which the grapes are regulary mixed, pumped over and carefully aired. After pressing, two-thirds of the wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 months.
Tasting
Robe Deep red with hints of violet
Nose Stewed red fruit nose with light vanilla notes.
Mouth Soft, silky tannins, enhanced by aromas of red stone fruit along with spicy notes.
Finish Long and powerful, persistent aromas in the mouth.
Served with Red meat, rooster stew with wine sauce, fish in wine sauce.
Service temperature Between 15-17 °C
